The Site as a whole, as well as its constituent elements (texts, analyses, reports, graphic charter, logos, illustrations, photographs, maps, videos, databases, software and source code), are protected by French and international intellectual property law and remain the property of PromethEUs or of their respective rights holders.
Pursuant to Articles L. 122-4 and L. 335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any total or partial reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of PromethEUs, is unlawful and constitutes an infringement.
Short quotations are permitted subject to clearly indicating the author and the source (“PromethEUs”) and to including a hyperlink to the original page, in accordance with Article L. 122-5, 3°, a) of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The “PromethEUs” name and logo may not be used without prior authorisation. Third-party trademarks and logos appearing on the Site remain the property of their owners.

Editorial responsibility and liability
PromethEUs publishes analyses, opinion pieces and monitoring content of an informational nature. Their content reflects the position of their authors and does not constitute legal, financial or investment advice.
PromethEUs endeavours to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date, but gives no guarantee as to its completeness, accuracy or currency. Use of the information available on the Site is made under the sole responsibility of the user.
PromethEUs may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the Site, from its temporary unavailability, or from the presence of a computer virus, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. PromethEUs exercises no control over those sites and accepts no liability for their content, their availability or their personal data practices.
Creating a hyperlink to a page of the Site is free, provided that it does not use the framing technique, that it does not create confusion as to the source of the content and that it does not harm the reputation of PromethEUs. PromethEUs reserves the right to request the removal of any link it considers inappropriate.

User content and reporting
Certain features of the Site (in particular comments and member profiles) allow users to publish content. Authors remain solely responsible for the content they publish and undertake to comply with applicable law and with the rules of the Site.
In accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), any person may report content considered unlawful by writing to support@prometheus-euro.eu, stating the exact URL concerned, an explanation of the reasons why the content is considered unlawful and the contact details of the person making the report.
The same address serves as the electronic point of contact for the authorities and for users within the meaning of Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act. Declared languages for such communications: French, German, Spanish and English. A communication drafted in another official language of the Union remains admissible; handling it may require additional time for translation.
PromethEUs reserves the right to remove, without notice, any content that is unlawful or contrary to the rules of the Site, and to inform the author of that decision and of the means of redress available.

Personal data and cookies
Processing of personal data carried out via the Site is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which sets out the purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and the rights available to data subjects under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies. Should non-essential cookies be introduced, a compliant consent mechanism will be implemented beforehand.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers.
